Katella Bakery honors refund or credit requests that meet the following criteria:
· Non-delivery of the product: due to a missed delivery or otherwise. Please let us know if you have not received your goods by calling 562-594-8611. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Sales department the same day. Otherwise the product will be considered received.
· Major product defects or spoilage: Katella Bakery products are thoroughly inspected before pickup or delivery, but unexpected and unsatisfactory products may make their way to your doorstep. Any claims of defects or spoilage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product. If any deficiency is approved, a refund will be issued to the customer or a replacement of the product of the same or around the same value will be offered.
The decision to refund or credit is made on a case by case basis.
